What is this?! All these spots? Idk what happened here D: I recently changed the skin texture thing but it did NOT have these spots.
Like what happened is, is like...For some reason poser lost everything that was plugged in through my ext hardrive-still don't know why but I had to re-add his altered textures which I had NOT changed since the last time.
So I had rendered him before, same skin, no problems but now I HAVE THIS?
Uh what is going on I am not happy.
Now I have to get this out in PS.

looks like an allergic reaction to the metal to me :D
Yep, the metal or perhaps something in the collar.
Better get that looked at pronto, dude! That's just nasty looking! :bug:
come on man i want a serious answer =/
You rendered this in 2012 using Firefly?
What lighting and render settings?
Are you using SSS or EZskin?
My guess is that it's related to the tattooing, which I don't know if it's a separate texture, or an overlay. I'm guessing it's a separate texture. Did you try the plain skin option to see if it has the same problem?
