Help with clock hands rigging

I am working on a watch prop and would like the hands to rotate. I've tried changing the rotation point or pivot and it seemed to work until I tried to save the prop. The hands did not save along with the watch. Maybe rigging would work but I need help with how to begin. Thanks for any help.

From what I understand you have the watch itself as a prop then both hands as props parented to it?

If so I would save the 3 parts separately as prop assets first (to create the “data” files), then reload the saved items and position/parent them properly, and then save the result as a scene subset or maybe wearable preset if it works for props.

You can save each part as a prop asset, then save a scene with all of them, or you can use File>Save As>Support Assets>Scene Assets.

Thank you both! Both solutions work! I have the watch prop as both a scene and a set in the folder. Now I can get on with my project. :)
