Click on the vendor's name, it goes to their store page and there is a contact button.

Daz handles Customer Service for the Daz PAs,  it is part of the agreement that they have with Daz 3d.   If you see them posting in the forums then you can either post to their Commercial threads,  or click the name under their avatar and use the PM system.   Not all Daz PAs do use the forums though.

sorry i never saw any contact button in any store vendors pages, that's why i asked

I think he misunderstood your question and thought you were asking about Rendo.

In the DAZ store, some vendors have a product thread and answer questions there directly. For most PAs, you can only contact them through customer support like Chohole said. Which vendor/product you have an issue with?
