windows 10 file explorer not refreshing (solved)

I decided to write this note down just in case it may be useful to somebody. Since my first fresh installation of win10 I noticed some refreshing troubles in file explorer. I also found a lot of articles on the web about this issue but none of them was convincing to me because I did now I was in a fresh and clean installation so anything regarding system fixes was out of the question.

Finally I resolved the issue by unchecking "show preview handlers in preview pane" in the file explorer options. Now everything works fine. I guess the preview pane has some troubles with handlers and just slows down or block refreshing because of that. At least this was the solution for me.
