Am I misunderstanding the DSON core installer?

I thought that if a product said it had the DSON core installer you could load it in Poser. But the folder I unzipped only has DUF files. So how do I load it in Poser? Or can you not? It is Night Lounge by SoulessEmpathy

    DSON is the file format used in DS and does not mean it can be loaded in Poser. Only products that have Poser companion files have been tested to work using the DSON Importer for Poser. The description should specify the importer.

    Ok thanks, I didn't realize that meant I still had to convert it. It wouldn't work at first, but it must have been the old DUF format.

    There is a free script that will let you load DUF files into Poser through the DSON Importer without the need of Poser Companion Files.
