Continue dForce Sim

Is there a way to continue a dForce sim? After cancellation, I sometimes want dForce to run longer, but it always clears the morph/position and re-starts from scratch.

No, there is no capability to restart where you left off.

    Thanks for the response!

Maybe you could export the first simulated shape as a morph, then apply that morph and start simulation again from that morphed shape, but that sounds like a lot of work, and I don't know how well it would work.

Yeh, that would be too time intensive.

I like to use the animated simulation, because after it finishes, you can select any of the frames of the timeline for your render. Sometimes I prefer something other than the very last frame.

    +1

Although I avoid animating unless really necessary.

Let's say I have 5 characters, all individually dForced with 30frame animations. Now I want to merge them together, using frame 10 for char 1, frame 22 for char 2 and so on...is this doable without having to make morphs for every dForced item?
