Camera Movement Animation / Aniblocks problem.

hey Guys i need your help. I have big problems i with setup a camera movment in my animation and with creating ani blocks. Everything you will see in my short video. Im showing there what my problem is. Dont kill me for my english please :)

Yup. i Deleted topic part. Look just check the Video i created, there is everything. And its more easier than writing everything here, but ok. 

I want to do simple Movement of camera in my Animation, (im complete newbie) , i did many attempts and its still not working, maybe i just dont understand the "key frame system" or im doing just something wrong i dunno , Camera do exactly that what i DONT WANT. :/ and i just give up :S so please help. Second thing is Aniblock, after i created a aniblock and when im trying to use it, it makes weird things with my character , "Weird things" ? Yes weird, its just a moving my character in complete weird position, it dosnt make any sens. Or i just doing something wrong...
