Including DAZ Iray Water - Thin shader preset values in your product's material preset file

Hi,
I am currently working on making a custom figure which I hope to sell at a marketplace. For cornea, I'd like to use DAZ Iray water-thin shader preset (which is installed with Daz Studio as shader_presets/iray/daz_uber/water - thin.duf). If I apply this shader preset to my figure's cornea and save the material of the whole figure in a material preset duf file, the saved file includes the values from the DAZ Iray water-thin shader preset. I'm not sure if DAZ is OK with me redistributing these values in my own product. I would appreciat it if someone who has dealt with this question can shed a light on this.
If this is not OK with DAZ, then I need to see if I can write a script to apply Water-thin preset.
