Not been here for a while so will post here in the new users help forum.

I logged into my account and went to download something that i purchased some time back.
I hit the blue manual download button.. got taken to some page to accept a new Eula or something
Ok..accepted that
However there is absolutely nothing in my purchase library and the blue download links arent working.

Anyone able to shed any light?

Thanks

If you log out and log in again fresh, is it working? What browser, and do you have any script-blocking software installed?

    Hello :-)

Have tried latest versions of Chrome and FF and just also tried IE9

Have tried logging out and back in, and also cleared cache.

    No script blocking extensions etc.
(I have daz3d.com whitelisted/allowed for flashblock and browser popups (just incase))

Sorry for asking the stupid question, but somebody has to. Did you check the box to accept the EULA or did you just hit the Submit button?

If by sometime back happens to predate the previous new eul agreement and that wasn't agreed to ... ? cause something to happen to your previous purchases.

At any rate, if on the Product library page there is nothing in the search filter and nothing listed on the left side to select from ... contacting CS would be an idea.

Still unresolved at this stage, got a rather unhelpful 'canned' response from someone named Britney.
Who told me to clear my cookies and cache and then reset the downloads from my product library (despite having already said in my initial support request that, that was the reason for my contact..because nothing is displaying in my product library)

I do realize its my responsibility to download my purchases and back them up. Reason I'm so upset about it atm is coz we got hit by Hurricane Sandy last year and lost a whole floor of our house - making sure I had all my hd's and backed up purchases etc really wasnt my priority just at that point in time, I was more concerned with things like passports, personal papers, essential medications etc.

A year later and we are still not back to 'normal' or rebuilt however I'm now trying to recoup some of the things that were lost, my daz purchases being on that list.

I seem to recall that there were some relatively recent updates to javascript and/or what it is [I'm not really into all the jargon for what makes these browsers work] ... so if "nothing" of a list is showing on your product library page, looking for updates would be an idea.

The other matter ... well, any change you were somebody else? I know several people changed handles/accounts etc either by design or by other unavoidable situations?

I've not changed accounts/handles etc (afaik?)
If I goto My Order tab.. all my order details dating back to 2004 are there and accessible.
I can click on each one and view the order details.

Javascript cant be installed. Its somethng you either enable or disable in your browser. I have it enabled.
Not sure why they would require java however I do also have that installed and up to date etc.
I'm using the most recent browser versions of Chrome and FF i keep those updated for web dev purposes

My product library is now showing a few items.. that werent there the other day however no idea where the many 100's of other items have got to.

This is what i presently have - those are the only ones i can access

This is a Store side Issue, and it being a weekend in DAZ land right now. I'm not sure it can be addressed until Monday when people are in the Offices. I'll link this to the other Admins just to cover all the bases. You have submitted a Support ticket I hope. If Not please do so.

EDIT: The Admins have seen So not much can be done until office hours I believe.

Well in FF I recall getting these notices to install plugins for it ... but anyhow I agree with Jaderail and hopefully the lost products will be recovered. The ones that appear there now are the new updates.

    Thanks Jaderail, appreciate your assistance
Yes, had opened a support ticket just after my first post here. Got two rather canned responses which didnt fix or address the issue and then they regarded it as resolved.
Soo.. I ph them late Fri anoon and had a rant.. they opened another support ticket referencing my first one..
And I just now got another automated reply to the 2nd ticket, repeating the same canned response as the first reply I got for the first ticket

    grrrr ...

and thank you others that have chimed in too to offer suggestions/assistance :-)
