Problem with Aisling for Charlotte 8 - Product Hangs system

I'm wondering whether anyone else has had a probelm with this product. Whenever I try to load it my Daz Studio seems to completely hang and become non-responsive.
I can't be the only one who has seen this. Strangely it's only this product, none of the other models I've bought over the years have done anything like this in any consistent manner.

    What version of Studio are you using, and have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Aisling?

    I have no problem loading Aisling in both DS 4.10 and 4.11 Beta.
