Products that can add varying levels of dirt to clothes to make them look worn/used?

Hi,

 

I'm not very good with photoshop/gimp so i cant do this in there.  Since most clothing products look brand new i wanted to know if there is a product out there that can add some dirt or make the clothes look a little worn out.  Something similar to skin builder where you can add dirt patterns, wear marks, rips or wrinkles onto any clothing item.  It would also be nice if just like skin builder i can choose from different appearances and adjust how light/dark i want it to be on the clothes.
