Updating InstallManager

Hi. There is a problem that Installmanager cannot update and download free files(Genesis)

The site was behaving oddly for a bit, please trya gain. If the update to Instal Manager still fails you can redownload the installer and use that, instead of letting it update itself.

It didn't help. Many times I downloaded and re-installed Install manager
