Dl and install issues

Hi,

Some stuff I bought recently hasn't been downloaded on Install Manager although I clicked on "Download and Install". Do I have to install them manually and how can I do it? (It concerns Acoustic & Electric Guitars Bundle and Guitar & Microphones w/ Poses)
