G8 face shaping morphs missing

Hello,

I am fairly new to DAZ so please bear with me. I recently got a new computer and installed DAZ along with all of my content, everything seemed to be going well however I noticed that G8 face morphs are not accessible (greyed out) when under the shaping tab. Also when I apply a character G8 will not take on the characters facial features. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling evrything for G8 but this did not help. Any help wpuld be most appreciated. I attached a screen shot as well.
