DAZ lighting washes out renders

I am literally SICK of this, and cannot find out why this is happening. When using ANY light in DAZ, the renders are ALWAYS washed out. I am trying to render a scene of a man using a lamp in a basement, and it's all washed out black and white. I have tried every way I know how to correct this problem but nothing works. DAZ lights are pure crap!

Have you turned off the Headlamp on the camera?
What light, if any, is shining from the left of the image?
Have you adjusted the Tone Mapping too much and so letting too much light into the camera?
Daz lights work just fine.
Try to return to default render settings, to watch a couple tutorials about Iray lighting and to lower the exposure value.

A look through the galleries will quickly demonstrate that the issue isn't a problem with Studio.
You would probably get more help if you would show your lighting and render settings.
Here are two Iray examples.
I did this sequence with a 1500 watt spotlight and the match is Emissive.

This one uses only Emissive lights.
Used IES Profiles on the Emissive lights in Hotel Pool and coloured and frosted the glass in the window and doors..
