My daz studio is missing the file ,edit , and workspace pane.

My daz studio is missing the file , edit , and work space. Not even the select Layout  is showing up. Here a screen shot of it :

    Hit F3 and reset to default.

    Thank you for the tip. I tried to hit F3. Unfortunately it didn't work. I am missing   activity tabs too.

    Window>Workspace>Select Layout. (Window>Workspace>Customise if what F3 would have opened.)

    Thank you for the tips, but the shortcut keys aren't working. It won't even pull up the window > workspace>Customise. I looked for it in the window and window > Workspace> customise is missing. Here's a screenshot of it.

    With DS closed open a file browser window and in the address bar enter

    %AppData%/Daz 3d/Studio4/

    remove the menus.dsx file from that folder and try relaunching DS.
