animate a Genesis 8/3 character in mixamo
hello everyone
its been weeks now i am trying to use my genesis 8 and 3 character un mixamo. but sadly it keeps failing
this message comes out unable to map existing skeleton" i tried various technic. importing from daz as a collada then deleting the armatures in blender . doesnt work neither. in tried the genesis 2 character wihtout clothes and it works just fine. so i noticed a difference in gen2 and gen3/8 skeleton (this one has a lot more bones especially on the face) i was wondering if exporting it (gen3/8) without the skeleton would work. aand thats where i have my first problem. can anyone help me out with deleting the skeleton so that i can upload an unrigged character please. second i tried exporting as obj (which i thought has no bones or skeleton maybe i am wrong) it still doresnt work. anyone to help me please? i am desperate. and i make my animations in cinema 4d.i would like to know the ideal workflow from daz to mixamo and finally cinema 4d
