InaneGlory's Lights and Lamps 3 - Ceiling and Wall Lamps - how it work?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

hi,

i tried to add few lamp on my scene, change intensity of the lamp, etc....nothing work, the lamp in the scene have no light

what i do :

- add a lamp

- with the lamp selected in parameters tab, i apply a light setting

in the viewport, no light come from the lamp, no light in preview render and render

So my question, How this product work, why all the lamps i add in my scene have no lights?

    Are you rendering in Iray or 3Delight - look at the top of the Editor or Advanced tab of Render Settings to check.

    i always use iray never change this

    Can you share the Surface settings for the lamp? I have the set and have used them before; so I know they work. We just need to figure out what might be happening in your case.

    The product appears to be for 3Delight so you either need to render in 3Delight or ajust everything for Iray.
