Out of Touch OOT - Rochelle Hair & Georgia Hair - Rendering Problem

Hello,

I am using G3 Lindsey and Mei Lin models both HD with the Out of Touch hair products know as Rochelle and Georgia Hair and receiving strange renders around where the cap should fit.  It looks like black flaky skin pealing off their faces.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  It seems I am only having this issue with OOT products.  Other modals (not shown) use different products and have no issues.

Not sure this was the right place to ask this question either...

    This is frequently caused by having your characters away from the (0,0) point - iRay has a know bug with respect to this. If you move the characters, set and camera so that the characters are close to the origin, it’ll probably go away. If you can’t do that, another tactic is to use one of the morphs on the hair to shrink the skullcap a bit (as if for a smaller head).  Maybe 5% or so will typically do it.

    Rames44 thanks so much for taking the time to answer my question.  I amped the collison interations to 100 (not sure that did much) and shrunk the head size on the hair down by 5% as you suggeted.  Problem solved!!!!  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
