Lighting in 3DLight Tutorials

Can anyone suggest the best training for lighting in 3DLight?  I am making art to be printed on shirts and find that Iray causes me problems but I am not finding what I need to know to do lighting in 3DLight.  Thank you.

    Although it's a little dated now, my Three Lights tutorial discusses how to setup a standard portait lighting setup with a Main, Fill, and Key light. Also 3D Light Shapes talks about the difference between point, spot, and distant lights.  If there are specific topics you're struggling with, we can probably help with those too. :)
