No smart content or product tab available

I installed Daz3D 4.10 currently and at first it wouldn't launched. Got solved by renaming the "plugins" folder as "plugin". Now the problem is that the smart content pane won't show up in the window tab or with right click. The product tab isn't available either. My content path is: C/User/Public/Documents/My Daz 3D Library. Any help is appreciated.

    Renaming the plugins folder prevents DS from loading its code libraries, including the one for smart content. DS can't work like that, you have to rename it back to "plugins".

    What problems did you have to open DS initially?

    You've probably broken something!

    I'd install the Public Build directly

    At first the program would crashed while being launched and I submited the crash report to the support team. They told me to rename the mentioned folder and it launched successfully then, but with my current problem now. Renaming it to plugins makes the program crash during the launch again. I also tried to install everything manually but still the same problem.

    Thank you for your help. I cleaned up my laptop and now everything works.
