Genesis 2 to 3 pose converter... with Genesis 8 characters.

So, I'm converting over... I've been sold :) I like Genesis 8.

But I have been using Genesis 2 forEVER.  So I have thousands of poses, both ones that I have purchased and specialized ones that I have made for my comics. 

I see a G2->G3 converter, but I'm noticing that most of the time G3 poses work on my G8... Should they ALL work, or is there a G2->G8 converter I'm missing somewhere?

I really REALLY hope I don't have to do the G2->G3, G3->G8 thing... that could suck.
