That's a painting, not a render, surely? Some aspects yes, but others no as they wouldn't make sense in 3D - they work only as a single-viewpoint impression in a painting or drawing. It's the difference between 2D, with the ability to take only certain views, and 3D, which needs to work from any angle, that makes 3D versions of established 2D cartoons and comics so hard to bring off.
