Bridge icon?

I am using the Carrara 8.5, and I am wondering about the bridge icon which I used in the older Carrara to connect two flat planes to create a thick piece (I'm a new user, by the way). Was the bridge icon removed or hidden or something? I don't see it any longer. How can I locate it? Thanks.
