Why is DS rendering one side of a face first?

I didn't notice this when I first started on this project, but it may be because I had the camera farther away. I don't need to let my test renders run all the way, just enough to see the changes I've made to the facial features since they always look so different unrendered. Anyway, I don't have any lights in the scene or anything, but it seems to be rendering the one side more than the other side, and I have to let it go longer to get the otherside of his face ungrainy. I don't understand why it's doing that, unless it's a bit darker there?

There is a light in the scene, more than likely the default HDRI image. If you'll notice, on the right side of the image his face is more illuminated. Its not being rendered last, its just taking more time to get the noise out cause its recieving more light
Thanks. There should be an even default light lol
Why should it be even?
In any case, you can rotate your dome in render settings->environment. Set Iray preview mode and pose your character perpendicular to the light source.
In Daz studio you can always create your own lights, or use whatever light you want!
