Daz Studio 4.11 problem with removing limits

To start, I don't know if it matters, but I started out with a purchased morph.
So I want to move the eyes higher in the face than the limit. I have tried opening the gear and turning limits off. I have also tried leaving limits on and raising the max. I have also right clicked on the parameter and chose to turn the limits off. I have also put to unhide that way as I read on another part of a forum.
The problem is, although the slider will go up, after 1 it does nothing. I have tried looking on this forum, but either it's because this is a higher public build, or because I'm not understanding, something is wrong.
also as a side note, does it matter whether you are in the parameter tab or shaping tab? I've tried it both.
ETA: This is with Genesis 2

Are you saying it works inb 4.10.0.123? I would expect not, and that the issue is because it isn't the morph's limits you are editing or ignoring but those on a controller property - the actual morphs it is driving still have their limits set, and so stop when the controlle reaches that point even as it goes on climbing. You can check this by clicking the gear icon on the slider and openign Parameter Settings, as you ddi to adjust the limits, and then seeing what (if anything) is listed in the Sub-Components tab.
Ok, it looks like when I was following instructions to convert this to G3 (which didn't work well) that I must not have undid all the steps or it's something that needs turned off/can't be undone with undo. How do I remove this (assuming it's the problem)? (and yes the limits are back on, I know)
I read up some more and tried ERC Bake (delta add subtract, etc) and it removed it from the list (is that right?), but taking off the limits, it's still not changing past one.
Don't change the ERC, you need to make the same chnages to the limits for the elft adn right versions as you made for the controller.
Sometimes you can go into the "Scene" tab, select each eye, (or both ctrl+Lclick) and move them in the Parameters tab to get extra motion beyond what you've already applied.
