lost content, glamour hair

I have a category that I created for Glamour hair, and noticed it was empty. I tried searching for "glamour", and it turned up 4 MAT file orphans, at such as GlamourHair03.pz2 which used to be in "C:/Documents and Settings/Sean Riesch/My Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio3/content/runtime/libraries/Pose/MAT GlamourHair". I don't see the actual hair itself as an orphan under that name, only 4 mat orphans (well three now). I don't show Glamour Hair as a purchased product, and don't specifically remember it although I have a lot of hair and could have forgotten about it. Was it something that came in a bundle, or was shipped as default content with DS3, or something that was accidentally included in another product and fixed and it correctly should have disappeared?

I have it under ...runtime/libraries/Character/GlamourHair, although it isn't in my Product Library or DIM. I only have the V4 version, which makes me think it came as part of another product or bundle or as free content with an earlier version of DS, but I'm not sure where.

reinstall DS3 with content version not using DIM to get it
I only 2 Days ago in my newly set up DIM only library had to do this AND DS2 for the V3 Fairy Forest scene

Glamour hair was part of the included content when DAZ made the change from the Fairy Forest content to V4 Quickstart and the beach scene with DS3.

Sorry for the delay, I just got an opportunity to check into this. I downloaded DAZStudio_3.1.2.32_Win32.exe from my product library and installed it into a few dummy folders, then ran a search for glamour, but I'm not seeing any files for the product in question. Am I missing something?

I do know that DAZ made several changes to included content over the life of DS3. They dropped the V4QS figure when the base models were free. I do know, at one time, the included content and DS3 installer were separate downloads. About the only thing I can suggest if you didn't archive you earlier versions of DS3 installers is to submit a ticket to Zen Desk and see if they have an explanation.

Ok, thanks. I'll have access to an older offsite backup next month, I'll see if if I still have a DS3 folder with some additional separate content installer on that one.

In the meantime, submit a ticket to Zen Desk. You don't lose anything and might get the files since you do have DS3 in your product library.
