Uninstalling LAMH Free Player

I just bought the full version of Look at My Hair, since it's on sale.  However, I can't get it to work, because the free "Player" version isn't uninstalling right.  I think I'm going to have to manually delete all the files for it myself, but I'm not sure what the files I need to delete are?  Can anyone provide a list of files that need to go and/or another way to uninstall the Player so the full version will work?
