install manager issue

Hi guys - YAY!  New computer!  Moved from Mac to PC.  So here's the issue.  Install manager is installed.  However, it no longer automatically opens when I hit "download and install" on new content.

Worse - it recognizes hardly any of my earlier purchased content.  Neither does the new install of DAZ 4.10.  I am logged in, and would assume it would see my content, but all it sees is the initial bundle that comes with DAZ3d, and one or two other purchased items.  (And believe me - I have MORE.) 

I'm really hoping not to have to try to manually download everything - that would be a time-intensive nightmare.

Anybody know what's up?  And why the download install manager doesn't open when I hit the green button?

    Are you sure you don't have two accounts, with DIM pointing to the wrong one?
