Gameprint upload preview problem

I'm trying to upload to Gameprint to get an STL conversion, and running into trouble.  I've tried contacting them directly, with no luck.

I've got my model and use 'Download STL' to upload it to the website, but the preview windows there just shows a black screen.  Is there a setting somewhere I need to adjust?

I've dealt with the black screen before - paid my $2 and downloaded without a preview, and the STL that comes down is what I expect, so I could trust to luck again, but...

For this figure, I got previews the FIRST time I loaded it, and it showed everything but her shirt.  I've adjusted the shirt a bit, but no idea if it's working now.  And trusting to luck when you KNOW it had issues before is more dicey.

I am having a similar problem with Gameprint. Did you resolve your issue?

I can't seem to contact anyone at Gameprint.

Not sure about that specific case, but it's possible the shirt wasn't properly parented.  For instance, if it's part of a Group you've made, and just following because of a previous association, it doesn't pick that up.  It only takes things with direct connections to the root node you selected before uploading.

Gameprint has told me that their app is no longer compatible with 4.15 the don't seem to pay attention to the Daz forums any more. I left voice mail messages, emailed all their email addresses with no avail. what I have learned is that Star trek online is thier BIG money maker. I posted my review of thier service to the STO on Reddit and someone said post to the Gameprint Star trek group on facebook. So I did and within 15 Minutes had a response from them.
