Cannot find V4/Deltas/Base/InjDeltas.PHME ??

I was attempting a new install / re-install to update and begin dusting off my software and get with the Gen8 times. This would start with me getting rid of my thirty seven layers of DAZ side sphagetti soup and my 3 layers of POSER side. I mean I've got some 30 different runtime/libraries/people folders in the DAZ side of the house which is why I don't use it as I don't understand the hierarchy over there. I've got thign sdown to a comfortable roar of 2 levels of runtime folders in the POSER side of my DAZ 4.9 Pro.
This story's background is set so now to the sad, generic, and same ol' same ol' story. "I thought I had it figured out". I had migrated "everything" from the lowest layer of POSER up to the true poser layer I worked in, I set all the stops, copied all my files and folders (hairs by FAR taking the longest) and then I deleted the lowest lairs of deep, dark dungeon and unusuable POSER area stuff. Just to be sure I ran the program to make sure everything still clicked and tricked and then I shut it down and moved on for awhile to do other things. EXCEPT I was wrong. Repeatedly. And the most important "I was wrong" was that I didn't IMMEDIATELY shut down and re-open DAZ to verify my files worked. I left DAZ open which meant it was more or less still operating under the old system of things. Somehow, in some way I deleted vicky files I should not have and now I'm being told by previous working morphs that they can't find a bunch of things that used to be there. I attempted to re-re-DL some files and re-add them but those character morphs dont' seem to be included with any pose pack. I'm thinkign they are part of actual V4 character files.
Anyway, I need this fixed so I can continue my slow/slogging upgrade from V4 to Gen 8. I need to learn how to fix the side I THOUGHT I knew what I was doing in before I delve into fixing the DAZ side of my house which is a nightmare of trees and files.
Next step type question, any idea how to start re-arranging DAZ side of the hosue files without this same problem creeping up?

My guess would be that you need to run the batch file provided with V4 to “initialize” morph channels.
The batch file to run will be in :runtime:libraries:!DAZ and is called something like « DzCreateExPFiles ».
Amazing and astounding to me it was right where you said it was. It appears to be part of the original DL of DAZ so many years ago. All it does is flash on the screen when I run it... let's see if it did anything to the face poses...
Hmm... also getting a "A valid PstgreSQL CMS connection could not be established. blah blah many features no work without one blah blah. Check your network, anti-virus, and firewall settings for conflicts. I am not sure why THAT's a thing I don't recall changing any options on my anti-virus. Doesn't appear to be related.
Okay... It didn't work for ALL(?) the files. A group of files I use as my "set everything but the character face morphs to zero" option by Aenigma 93 is still telling me I'm issing those Delta files but it appears all the OTHER face morphs are working.l I'm going to check each folder to verify which ones are and are not working real quick.
Not working

I seem to recall this affected more than just FOUR sets. That's an improvement I suppose. It appears that only the deepest/widest face morph sets are affected by this bug I've created for myself. Any other thoughts on where this files might be so I can re-copy them or re-DL them?
It's installed with V4 base, not DS. Basically it lists all the V4 morphs you have installed in your V4 Runtime and creates special delta files to add all morph channels V4 needs to load those morphs when you load the figure.
It's only needed for Generation 4 figures.
Okay, how do I get it to re-install then?
Assuming you installed via Install Manager, find the entry in the Installed tab and click the button next to it on the right to uninstall, then go to the Ready to Install (or ready to Download if you didn't keep the zip) and click the button next to its entry to reinstall.
