Are the default starter assets okay to use commercially?

I just installed Daz3d. With it came a variety of free starter assets, see pic attached.
Can I use the free assets for commercial use (on book covers) without paying an addition fee? Or, do I need to go and buy them from the asset store in order to use them for commercial use?
Is there a way to distinguish which starter content I paid for, and which content I did not pay for/am not licensed to use commercially, within Daz3D's library? e.g. if I buy the asset 'Charm Hair' and not 'Basic Hair,' I want to be able to distinguish which asset I can actually use on a model (that I paid for) for commercial use.

Yes you can use your renders any way you like (2d art), but you cannot share actual geometry (3d mesh).
Yes!
As Sven said, you can do whatever you want with your final renders! Otherwise, why would we pay good money for all kind of assets? ^^
So that's the thing -- these are assets I did not pay for, that just came free with Daz3d.
They are issued to you as part of Daz Studio (Daz Studio or DS is the program, Daz 3d is the Company) and therefore are covered by the Daz 3d EULA.
However if you would rather clarify this then you will need to Ask Daz directly. You can do this by filing a help request using the "Contact Us" button which is at the bottom of each page of teh site
as long is only for render then you don't need to pay, you only need to pay if you gonna use for others things like game design then you need to pay for the interactive license, and can only use products which have it, any product which don't have a interactive license can't be used for that(not render stuffs), unless you manage to talk with both the original creator and daz to try to find a way.
Believe me if you look at enough images on the internet you will see countless cases where nothing more than the default DAZ males and females are rendered mostly without even adding hair especially in medical and health illustrations and charts, it’s just pose, render then photoshop
