UI size

Will there be any improvement there? The thumbnails and text is really small for me. It will help me a ton if the UI is bigger, but I don't want to scale my whole windows just for that. I'd really appreciate it if you take that into consideration.

At the moment the Windows scaling setting is the only thing that works, enabling UI scaling in DS requires a lot of behind the scenes modification and there's a concern that it may break plug-in compatibility, which would be bad for users with plug-ins that cannot be supported in future, so there's potentially a careful trade-off to be made.
