Suggestions for G8 and irl height.

So I noticed when exporting Daz characters into other programs, it will ask which measurements you want to use for size. Hexagon wanting to measure by cm, for example.
So this got me thinking. What is the standing height of default untouched G8M and G8F, in terms of real life height? So for example, if I wanted to make a character 5 foot 6 inches, how far up or down would I change the default height slider? Of course I can't expect to be able to scale everything to a perfectly realistic size, but it is interesting to think about. Especially in cases where I recreate real people that I know in person.

From the G8 starter essentials product page:
Genesis 8 Female(s) measurements courtesy of Measure Metrics for DAZ Studio:
Height: 5'11" (179.8 cm)
Chest Circumference: 36.58" (92.9 cm)
Waist Circumference: 27.45" (69.7 cm)
Low Hip Circumference: 37.76" (95.9 cm)
Genesis 8 Male(s) measurements:
5'11" (181 cm)
Chest Circumference: 40.5" (103 cm)
Waist Circumference: 32.76" (83 cm)
Low Hip Circumference: 36.7" (93 cm)
If you know the height that you want your character to be, then rather than using a table of conversions, I find it easiest to use a height guide in DAZ Studio and adjust the model to correspond to those measurements. There are a number available for free (apart from DAZ's own Measure Metrics product). Here are some free guides:
