That happened to me too (Daz 4.10).  Don't know why.  I tried everything.  I then uninstalled Daz, deleted the files, reinstalled Daz and content, then voila, it was back.  A lot of work - seems there should be an easier patch/fix.

What do you mean - the pane has gone, or the pane is there but empty? What about the Categories or Products lists in the Content Library pane/ Do you get an error about PostgreSQL on starting DS?

I'm having this problem too! Just returning to DAZ after a long absence ... installed 4.10 and promptly got the dreaded "PostgreSQL CMS Connection" error ... chased this around the HELP page, found and folowed the instuctions for the fix, but lo and behold: the Help page's instructions say cldarly, "Go to the Install Manager's "Ready To Install" pane, and reinstall PostgreSQL. That would have been simple. But here's the problem: my "Ready to Install" pane is 100% blank: nothing in it to click, and nothing I've tried (including re-re-restarting everything) will make anything appear in the pane. (Pane is there, but empty; Installed = 4; Products ... empty, though I have tonnes of stuff in my Product Library online, from years ago.) Right now, my educated guess is, the firewall just configured by a computer repair shop caused installation problems, so what I *think* will happen is this: 1) uninstall 4.10 completely. 2) Shut down virus protection. 3) Reinstall 4.10 from scratch, with virus protection OFF. Anyway, I put a ticket in to tech support, and am waiting. Not *quite* a happy camper, but faaaar from surprised to get installation problems. It's a complex system! Cross fingers, now...
