Product not working as advertised...refund possible ??

Hello

I bought this product:  https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-party-outfit-for-genesis-8-females

I bought it because It says that it is using the dForce technology but it doesn't.  After installing the product and put it on a  character it says that the dress isn't dForce.

Can I get a refund for false advertisment or am I doomed ?

Probably doomed=))) Nah just ask for a refund, you have 30 days from purchase date;) Also possibly ask for tech support/file a bug report. All this is done here:
