M6 wearing M4 skin, need some help

Hiya,
I bought that tool to transfer maps from M4 to M6 but can't find where it was installed to. Also I think in DS there is a way to convert ds files to duf files. If so where is this tool so I can see if it works to my liking. I was going to dress M6 up in Jepe's Rodan skin but since it's ds it won't even load onto him. I do have the UV's set to M4 and locked so they don't revert back to M6. Just need a little help.
Thanks

Hello.
There is a tutorial which explains how to convert V4 skin to G2F, I think it's the same process (if of course you speak of http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/michael-4-skins-auto-converter-for-genesis-2-male-s)

Perhaps you simply have http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/michael-4-for-genesis-2-male ?
Thanks. Found the script. OMG, I have to do one at a time? I see the genie lamp and was hoping for something like a batch conversion of an entire folder of ds settings to duf files. SIGH...... Thanks again!
Only one at a time?
If I were to make a script that converts M4 PZ2 and DS presets to basic DUFs, can DAZ stop me from sharing it? I'd say no since it wouldn't contain any copyrighted material, but...
There's already a script, albeit not free.
I only bought the M4 UV & Shape for M6.
I loaded Genesis and applied my M4 skin.
Then I loaded G2M, set the UV to M4 and copied and pasted the settings from Genesis.
Then I saved it as a materials preset.
(fyi, I use Daz Studio)
It is work one way or the other - either you use the (rather excellent script) each time you wish to use a non-duf texture on a G2 figure, or you go through each non-duf texture and save each out as a duf preset.
A while back I wrote a little pdf tutorial on how to convert V4 textures to G2F which would work just as well for any non-duf texture to either G2F or G2M. It also addresses some of the considerations of where to save the results.
Available, if you are interested from either ShareCG or deviantART
It's better to apply to M4 - Genesis lacks the eye surface so you will lose any settings for that if you use Genesis as your intermediary.
Good morning.
So what script is this then? It will do a batch conversion from ds to duf?
I don't care about settings so much, I usually tweak mine to death and resave them out anyways but getting these folders of ds skins for M4 into a duf format so that at least load onto M6 is really what I'm after.

The script I (and I believe Richard) refer to is this one which does not actually save the textures in the new duf format, it 'just' applies them. In effect it allows you to pick and choose the textures (skin, eyes, makeup, etc.) and individually apply them on the G2M figure just as you would on M4.
re this part, it's easy if you use DIM. Just right-click on the name of the installed product and select "Show Installed Files". That shows you the paths everything went to. I keep DIM always open for this reason.
With the G2F (or G2M) figure selected, in Smart Content, look under Utlilties> Scripts and you should see "new surfaces for old.dse", with an icon of a brass lamp.
For a 'direct navigation' each of these (the G2F and G2M) versions can be found in the Content Library in the folder DAZ Studio Formats> My Library> People> Genesis 2 Male (or Female)> Scripts
Yes, I quite understand and do have that script from DraagonStorm and did find it as I mentioned in my previous post #2. It wasn't a horrible process. Got Jepe's Rodan and all his options moved over to Genesis 02 Male. You can see a render in the M6 Render thread.
