proper content loading

I'm sure this has been brought up before I just didnt see it in the forums. I am having the worst luck when it comes to loading new content whether it be Daz3d or poser. I have followed the direction in the info pages on where to install the zip files but no matter what I do the smart content versus the content library both end up with all or the majority of all my content greyed out and when I follow the tree it is a dead end and no product is found. I would love to have someone in the San Antonio area take a look at this and set me up correct but all help is welcome.

Thanks Deryck

I'm guessing, based on the folder names showing in your screenshot, that you are installing things one level too deep. You need to install to the content folder listed in DS (e.g. "My Library" and "My DAZ 3D Library"). If you create a subfolder under those folders and install to that subfolder, then DS will not know that the Data and Runtime folders are there, and therefore the content will not load.
