Products missing or not working

i use the productssection of dazstudio for categorizing
now i see, comparing with the productlist of DIM, alot of products (all of the gis series and more) not appearing under products in studio

Quel Bazar is not finding most items
Cliffhanger has no prop at all

    I have six items in the GIS series, and all of them appear in Products and in the DIM as installed.

    I don't have Cliffhanger or Quel Bazaar so I can't check those. You may need to reimport your Metadata if there are a lot missing

    so the productsection is linked to metadata?
    and you think reimporting my saved meta-data could help and do not spoil my hard worked categories

    Reimporting metadata shouldn't touch any of your User Categories, but I always save mine before I do it anyway. Use Export User Data first (it can take a little while depending on how much you have saved), then use the Re-Import Metadata just above it to see if that works.

    products seem to be all back
    so reimporting metadata worked fine

    Quel bazar misses alot items though
    Cliffhanger wants items in the Szene
    animate Monster pack has no Content at all

    Quel Bazar is just a texture set for Marakeh Souks which is a required item : http://www.daz3d.com/marrakesh-souks-2012

    I don't have either of the other two, but Animate blocks should be easy enough to find, and I don't know about Cliffhanger, but it is a Jack Tomalin item, and you will get an answer from him if you post in the PC Members Forum.

    Cliffhanger's DS files are only material settings. You should find the actual cliffs and such in your Poser directory as .cr2 or props. I had the same problem when I bought it.

    there are no poser files installed through DIM
    after installing manually from the product library they appear
