uploading to the new user gallery

Hi
I wanted to start uploading some of my images in the new Daz Galleries... I went to the "Start you gallery" page and started...
I didn't see how to enter the vendor information and I now have one of my images in the "ROOT GALLERY" What is that?
and how do I give my entry the actual title which is not what is now in the root gallery... I just don't know where I should go and what I need to click... I have all the vendor info for the first image... and would like to know how to do all this as I have several Bryce images I would like to place in the gallery.
Any help appreciated...
