Eyebrows to Toon Figs?

When I add a morpheus eyebrow to a Toon Generations figure, the whole face changes in tone...so the skin color is slightly off from the ears and neck around it. Isn't Morpheus a toon figure? Shouldn't these items be compatible?

Eyebrows are often painted on face texture and in that case applying them also applies the face texture for that character, it doesn’t just change the brows. That means you can’t use those brows with the skin for another character, even if they’re both based on the same figure.
