How do I use Genesis 3 to Genesis 8 Pose Converter?

I've got to be doing something wrong :D! I can't seem to get the software to bring up the pose converter and the only thing I've gotten it to interact with is just a Genesis 8 Female Character. Does anyone know where I can find the technical support for this thing? The support tab only brings me to the forums main page and I'm not finding anything when I search, even through google. Any help is super welcome!

Nevermind. I found the solution.
If it helps, I have an SSD and an HDD. My DIM was set to install everything to the SSD. Even though it is a script, this still interfered with the G3 to G8 Pose Converter. It all needed to go to the HDD. So, if you have the same problem I just did, check your pathways before installing
