What are these and how do I get them out of my content pane?

A million years ago Studio had some kind of remove orphans thing in the content manager. I can't find that. I'm rocking 4.10 and 4.11 Beta. These are not "extra" things in my folders. I checked. The problem with some of the stuff I have is that there is the actual item and then one of these empty things. It's just annoying. A lot of it is on items that were made with the clothing converters, but some of it is NOT...just regular stuff that suddenly no longer has a picture. Is there a clean up orphans thing anymore?
I briefly got them to go away once, but they came back. No clue how I got rid of them. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.
Thanks!

The "Remove Orphaned References" is available in the contect menu if you right-click directly on one of them. You can select more than one, or even select all files in a folder, it won't harm the valid references.
I just can't seem to find that option either way. I've right clicked on the item. I've right clicked on a lot of things actually, but no menu has that in it. I'm resetting the database. Hopefully that will work. It's only 2308 files LOL.
