Star/Genesis 3 compatibility?

I've seen some pictures with assets for the Star! original figure used on renders that appear to be Genesis 3. Is it possible to easily use or convert Star outfits for G3?

(I really like the style of Banshee for Star, but do most of my rendering with G3/G8)
