Keeping pose changes during animation

I know that if I load an animation up and use pose control to change some position on character, it will keep that change throigh out the animation. But not all characters parts can be moved by pose control, so when i change them with another way, then run animation, they go back to original position. ANyone have idea that will keep pose changes through out animation?

You need to clear the existing key frames for the bone. The pose controls are not usually set in store poses, so they don't have existing keys. You can delete keys in the Timeline if you have the Advanced view on in the option menu - thelined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab.
