Color grabber and other hidden features

Well, it migth be obvious, but at least not to me.
I was browsing through the change notes for 4.11, when I fell upon "screen color grabbing functionality (e.g., press/hold the "restore modifier" + click-drag)".
I had never been aware of a 'color grabber', nor I wasn't sure what was meant by 'restore modifier'. It has always annoyed me how tedious it was to copy a specific color to different places (as you can't paste it as hex).
But after some trial and error I realised that in 4.11 I should hold <ctrl><shift> for it to work while in 4.10 it was <alt> (which rbtwhiz referred to as 'restore modifier', which I actually knew but not under that term).
So far, so good.
But it made me think if there somewhere was a kind of overview of such features, as there migth be other hidden gems. I usually limit my normal trial and error to rigth click and left click.
Daz Studio documentation is generally lacking, but I thought there might be an overview somewhere.

This thread https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/185056/features-that-you-could-slap-yourself-for-not-figuring-out-sooner#latest has stuff that is useful yet not well documented. It might be worth a look.
Thank you - that is a thread I wasn't aware of, and it holds many good points.
Yes, there is some useful info in that thread. But nothing about 'screen color grabbing functionality'. And a Google search of the DAZ forums found nothing except THIS post and mention in the 4.11 change log & the 'Daz Studio Pro 4.11 - Highlights' post. Another frustrating example of the non existant DS documentation.
