Parenting 2 children?

Hello, been searching for solution for a while but with no luck with the topic. What i wanted to do is to have a mom's hand holding a child's hand. If i parent the child'd hand to the mom G8F figure's hand, it wont work as moving her arm / hand will move as well the whole child. (Supermom!?) So techincially speaking, is it possible to simply "glue" the child's hand with the mom's? (Same question applies for all parenting "children bone" from 2 "parents".) Many thanks in advance! :)
