T Pose Or Not T Pose? That is the question.

When creating clothing and accessories for Daz figures in a 3rd party modeling app to bring into DS, is it beneficial or necessary to keep the figure in the standard T pose while modeling? Or can you bring the arms down and model with the figure posed that way? Will this cause problems later on when doing rigging, etc.?

Thanks!

Yes, it will. You need to model with it in T pose if you're going to be rigging.

    NP!

There are a few special situations where you would work with a posed exported figure, but it's usually because you're creating a morph that modifies the posed figure only (such as a JCM).
