Transform upper body (without head) to another body

Hello, I have the Tor for G8 Male model, but noticed he is a bit short and only has 4 pack abs while I want him to have a six pack and longer legs. Can I transform the stomach part to the stomach of another G8 male which has a six pack, like Dragonsbane character (this is G3 male)? I want the head and whole body texture to remain the same.....

This could be done using this product: https://www.daz3d.com/shape-splitter, with the needed adjustments. It doesn't work between different Genesis generations, though.
