Unable to undock panes/tabs?

Hey everyone,

I've logged onto the PC this morning to find that my multi screen layout has once again reverted to the default single screen setup.  Not a biggie, it happens occasionally (though I have no idea why) but today is different... I can no longer undock, move or float any tabs.  It's pretty much locked to the factory settings, which is proving very difficult when you're used to a certain way of working (over a mch larger space too!)

This is DAZ Stitdio 4.10 Pro that I'm using.  I did try 4.11 Pro Beta and it has this ecaxt issue, which put me off using it (I know it's a beta and I guesed it would just be because it's not the finished product!) but if 4,10 is now doing it too it seems a bit odd!

I don't wish to uninstall and reinstall unneccissarily, but is there any way to get this functionality back without having to resort to that (assuming even that would sort it?)

Many thanks

John

CTRL U toggles the lock/unlock for the interface. You can also find the Lock and Unlock commands in one of the menus.

    Hi John

Ctrl U is the shortcut to toggle the locking of pane/tabs.

In the main menu it's under window/workspace. It should be the same in the Beta.

That's awesome - thanks! Something as simple as that, amd I wasn't even aware of it. Just goes to show - there's always something new to learn every day!

    Thanks again barbult! :)
